Problems with the Screen-Share Feature

We recommend that you complete a quick System Check prior to the first session to ensure their computers are set up for success! Run a System Check Here. 

• FEV tutor screen-share plugin should be installed on all devices, to do so follow the steps below. 

  • Download the plugin using the link below:

    • FEV Tutor Screen Share - Chrome Add-On

• Please note, the student will need to click on the screen share option on the whiteboard. They will see a pop-up that they will need to click on to allow access to share their screen. The pop-up will have 2 options to select from, share their entire screen or only the whiteboard, they should select the entire screen!

  • See the area they need to select circles on the bottom left side of the screen below.
