Microphone Issues
We recommend that you complete a quick System Check prior to the first session to ensure their computers are set up for success! Run a System Check Here.
All computers should allow access to portal.fevtutor.com audio while accessing the microphone option.
To enable this, click on the headset option and ensure the computer has the internal microphone enabled or an external headset with the mic connected prior to the session's start time.
If you experience an issue with the tutor unable to hear you please follow the microphone option settings shown below.
Click on the lock icon in the browser address bar and click “Site Settings”, as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the “Privacy and Security” tab
Scroll down to “Microphone” and select “Allow” in the drop-down menu options, shown in the screenshot below.
