Students unable to see the paragraph written on the whiteboard by the tutor
We recommend that you complete a quick System Check prior to the first session to ensure their computers are set up for success! Run a System Check Here.
Click on the “System Check” link which is provided at the bottom right side of the whiteboard, see the screenshot below.
Then scroll down and attempt to select the multiple-choice options:
If the student is unable to select the options should refresh the page and re-connect with the tutor.
When completing the “System Check” if you are unable to select the multiple choice options, the school IT team has to enable the ports located in the “System Requirements” document located above that will allow access to the passages.
