How To Submit a One Time Schedule Request

  1. Select “One Time Schedule”

  2. Select or enter your search criteria in the “One Time Schedule” section to find the students you need to reschedule and click “Search”. The Search criteria options are different for the Teacher and Admin users.

    2. District Administrator Search Criteria
      Includes all of the “Teacher” search criteria plus the “School” and “Teacher” dropdowns

    3. School Administrator Search Criteria
      Includes all of the “Teacher” search criteria plus the “Teacher” dropdown

    4. Program Administrator Search Criteria
      Includes all of the “Teacher” search criteria plus the “School” and “Teacher” dropdowns (same as District Admin)

  3. A list of students that match your search criteria will appear in the “One Time Schedule Details” section. 

  4. Click the checkbox next to the student(s) you want to reschedule. The “Schedule Day/Time” column shows which day and time each student is currently scheduled. Use the “Revised Day’ and “Revised Time” columns to enter which recurring day and time you want to schedule.

    Important:
    Session length must be between 30-120 minutes.
     
    Students with no schedule in the Schedule Day/Time column do not have a current schedule because either (1) they have yet to be given one or (2) they have been removed from the schedule due to missing 5+ scheduled sessions. You can request schedules for these students.

  5. If there are multiple students who need the same revised day and time, you can update them in bulk. Select and enter the day and time in the fields above the table.

  6. Then select the “Apply to selected rows of current page” box to apply it to all selected students.

  7. Select “Review” at the bottom of the page once your changes are complete.

  8. Review the schedule changes. 

    1. Select “Edit” if changes are needed. 

    2. Select “Submit” if the changes are correct. 

  9. Select “OK” on the two pop-ups.

  10. An email will be sent to you with the details of your request for your reference. 

An email will be sent to you once the changes are complete.
