How to share MAP Growth data with FEV Tutor

Required MAP role: District Assessment Coordinator

1. Login to the MAP Growth Administration site: https://teach.mapnwea.org

2. Use the “Settings” (gear) icon at the top of the page to locate “Manage Data Partners”.

3. Select “FEV Tutor” from the available options, and click the “Edit” button once you locate the “FEV Tutor” provider.

4. The District Assessment Coordinator or Administrator must agree to the terms and “Accept Consent” via the “Data Sharing Consent” pop-up form. Check the boxes to indicate you have read and agree to the terms of the Data Sharing Agreement and have the authority to authorize the data share. Clicking “Accept Consent” will authorize data sharing with FEV Tutor.

5. The Data Sharing Consent is specific to each instructional partner and provides consent to share data for the selected school(s) by clicking the box next to each school to be shared or by choosing “select all.” After making the selection(s), click on the “save changes” button.

6. Once the Data Sharing Consent is accepted, the district will see a green checkmark and an indication that Data Consent Sharing is in place, with date and authorizer information.
