Getting Started with Network Admin Reports

Here's how Network Administrators (NAs) can access and take advantage of the new reports. 

Reports 2.0 enables NAs to gain a comprehensive view of their whole network’s performance in tutoring under their respective network while also enabling them to drill down into key metrics like attendance, participation, and academic progress by schools and students and gain actionable insights.

1. To access the Reports 2.0, first log in to https://portal.fevtutor.com.

2. Then, select the Reports 2.0 menu item on the left-side navigation.

Note: you still can access our existing reports under the item “Reports”.

3. You will see a page showing you the reports that are available to you:

4. Select one of the reports. You can see a short description here:

1. Network Progress Report - comprehensive view of your network's progress in tutoring. Includes participation, academic progress and feedback.

2. Attendance Report - drill down attendance by school and student for actionable insights into maximizing tutoring participation in live tutoring.

3. Detailed Report - Comparisons of average key tutoring statistics (e.g. attendance, exit tickets, feedback) broken down by school and student, and export the data.
