Detailed Report

The Detailed Report is an invaluable tool for school administrators, offering deep insights into the key performance indicators (KPIs) that FEV Tutor monitors. This report goes beyond the scope of the 'Attendance Report' by providing a thorough analysis of various crucial metrics rather than focusing solely on attendance and utilization. The metrics are organized by subject and grade, facilitating a comparative view within the school. Moreover, a separate tab provides a deeper dive into individual student data, enabling a more detailed examination. This report is particularly beneficial for administrators aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of both overall school and specific student performance within the FEV program. Additionally, all data from this report can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis and documentation.


  1. Select the 'Reports 2.0' tab on the left-hand navigation and choose the last option to the left,  ‘Detailed Report.’

  2. Configure your preferred Date Range, Subject(s), and Grade(s) or stick with these default filters:

    1. Date Range: Academic Year (August 1st of the current school year through the present day)

    2. Subject(s): All (includes all tutored subjects)

    3. Grade(s): All (includes the grade levels of all participating students)

*note* - your selected filters will apply universally to all components of the below reports.

Student Status

It gives the Participant and FEV Champion consolidated percentile data as per the subject and the grade, catered by FEV Tutor for students.



Attendance

Displays detailed data on attendance rate and sessions related to subject and grade of students



Sessions

An exportable detailed report on sessions related to Subject and Grade, this report provides Mastery Rate, Participation Points, Ratings, and Exit ticket Avg. 





Full Report

Provides a consolidated summary of ‘Student Status,’ ‘Attendance’ and ‘Sessions’ all on one page and as a full report




Student Data

Provides a complete and detailed report on a Student associated with FEV Tutor



Save as PDF

  1. At the top right of the page, there is an Export to PDF button for all reports on all pages.


  1. Click on “Save as PDF” to see the pop-up below. The PDF will be downloaded in a couple of minutes.

  2. The downloaded PDF will be found in your “Downloads” with its respective label.



  1. Upon downloading, the user can launch the PDF through any browser for view/ print. Print screen icons from your browser will orient the page to the layout of your choice. Pick ‘Landscape’ for better orientation, and if two pages show up, then select the first page only.

Export to Excel

  1. Hovering on a few sections will give you three dots for ‘More options.’

  6. Sort ascending

    Choosing any of the above to ‘Export’ will give you the requested data in downloads.

Firefox: Full functionality with zoom and scroll options in various resolutions except for the 'Save as PDF' feature (landscape mode not available).

Edge: Similar functionality to Chrome.
