If you missed your scheduled tutoring session, you will not lose your tutoring hours. You can reschedule by contacting our support team at support@fevtutor.com 

If you know that you will not be available for a time that you have already scheduled, try to contact our support team to let them know. This helps make sure that our live tutors are able to help other students that need support.
